ABOUT THANE VILLAS
Thane Villas is a stunning Grade 2 listed building dating back to the early 1900’s. Formerly a landmark North London factory, we have transformed it by combining its classic heritage, with contemporary student living. In doing so we have retained many of the building’s original features and architectural details such as the grand timber staircase, original Victorian fireplaces and the beautiful Reception doors.
Comprised of 62 stylish bedrooms and studios – all with high ceilings, light-flooding Crittall windows and original glazed bricks – Thane Villas offers residents the very best in contemporary accommodation and student living in London.
LOCATION
Thane Villas and its surrounding neighbourhood has everything a student could wish. There is a wide choice of local shops, retail amenities and health facilities within walking distance as well as a fantastic range of restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs.
Close by too, is the Michael Sobell Leisure Centre which offers excellent sporting facilities and the open space of Finsbury Park.
The area is also served by some of London’s best transport links; Finsbury Park Underground and mainline station is a 5 minute walk away and there are numerous buses, day and night, that cover most of London and its surroundings.
