Accessible Studios

Our Accessible Studio is a large studio spread over 30sqm. The space has been specifically designed and adapted for students with disabilities or specific requirements. There is as wider hallway allowing wheelchair access and enough space for the student to manoeuvre. We can also alter the studio to fit the specific needs of the tenant. The studio also benefits from having a walk-in shower with handrails, and a shower seat. There is also a fully fitted kitchen. You will be able to make your studio your own as it comes fully furnished with freestanding furniture. The studio is available to rent for 51 weeks, if you require a shorter stay, please speak to a member of staff. Please note, there is an additional charge of £60.00 per week for dual occupancy.
